DHS Artwork in the City

Dover High Schools National Art Honor Society worked closely with Dover Arts Commission and Dover City Council to start painting electrical boxes around town. The Arts Commission has been dealing with boxes constantly getting graffitied and asked for Dover centered artwork to be created to clean up the spaces. This first box honors Dover’s Apple Harvest Day. It was created by DHS senior Jane Schintzius and painted by Jane , senior Addison Henninger and sophomore Cadence Friend-Gray. We hope to do more in the spring and are excited to work with the Arts Commission!
