1.  Online Payments. Add funds to your child's account at www.mymealtime.com
(Please note there is a fee charged per transaction. Additional information is noted below under MealTIme Transactions).
 
2.  Pay by Check:  Checks can be made payable to Dover Schools Lunch Program and sent to your child's school cafeteria. Cash is also accepted, but is discouraged at the elementary school level.

MealTime’s fee is based on 4.9% of the total transaction. The bulk of the transactions are typically in the $25 to $40 range which keeps fees lower for those payments. For example, a $25 payment has a fee of $1.22 and a $40 payment has a fee of $1.96. Other benefits to this online system is it is turnkey that brings with it the security agent to encrypt all of the data (and the credit card processor and merchant bank), online free and reduced application processing, as well as a call center to help parents with lost passwords, charge-backs, etc.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
